"Quynh has been one of the absolute best teachers! I have truly learned so much from her. The classes she offers are engaging, and the preplanning she puts into each class ensures you will be ready with the right tools and materials needed to flourish and grow! I am walking away from this class with the most gorgeous bouquet, a stronger love for paper flowers, new skills, and new friends.

I have confidence that there will be fewer failures in the future because of all she has shared. She has this magical way of providing an environment that feels like learning from a colleague and a friend and really knows how to bring out the maximum potential and creativity in her students.

Thank you from the bottom of my paper heart! I can't wait to take more classes!"

FULL BLOOM FARM

Getting to Lummi Island is about a 2 hour drive north from Seattle, WA and a 1.5 hour drive south from Vancouver, Canada, BC, plus a short 10 minute ferry ride from Gooseberry Point.

Whether you're coming from the north or the south, take the 260 exit off of I-5 and head west on Slater Road for about 4 miles until turning left onto Haxton. The Silver Reef Casino will be on your left. Stay on Haxton for about 7 miles, through two roundabouts, until you reach the ferry landing at Gooseberry Point. Take the short ferry ride (ferry schedule here).

You can catch the 9:10am ferry from the mainland and arrive around 9:30 at the farm and take 30 mins to get settled, have some coffee/pastries, walk around the farm etc. After we end at 4:30pm, you can catch the 5:00pm ferry from the island.

As you exit the ferry onto Lummi Island, turn right. Take your first left onto Centerview Road and drive to the top of the hill until you reach Full Bloom Farm. The driveway is marked by a sign on the right. Take the driveway all the way past the small barn and the larger home on the right until you reach a 3 car garage. Park in the middle bay or on the street on the north side of the other driveway entrance.

You can also plan a longer visit. Summer is a busy time on Lummi Island, so book overnight accommodations as soon as possible. Full Bloom Farm recommends staying on Lummi in one of the many vacation rentals offered, like their beautiful and comfortable loft on the farm that you can book here. Or take a look at Stay & Sea, RecRetreats, Lummi Island Vacations, Airbnb or VRBO.
